Xinbo Malaysia Factory Celebrates Full-Scale Production at Phase I Solar Frame Project and Groundbreaking of Phase II NEV Aluminum Parts Project

On October 25, 2026, we celebrated two milestones at our Malaysia site in UMW Industrial Park, Selangor: full-scale production at our Phase I aluminum solar frame project and the groundbreaking of our Phase II new energy vehicle (NEV) aluminum parts project. With a planned total investment of RM620 million, the site is being developed in two phases to serve the solar and NEV markets.

Our Phase I project has a planned annual production capacity of 100,000 metric tons of aluminum solar frames, serving markets including Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America. Now in full-scale production, it strengthens our international supply network and provides additional manufacturing capacity and delivery support for our global customers.

Phase II will focus on vehicle lightweighting, with planned products including front and rear bumper beams, side sill beams, and battery trays for NEVs. We will build on our experience in alloy development, aluminum profile processing, and parts manufacturing to expand our overseas production capabilities for automotive customers worldwide.

Our Malaysia site will work closely with our R&D and manufacturing facilities in China to align material development and production with overseas customer needs. Through this collaboration, we aim to better support our customers’ project development and long-term supply requirements across the solar and automotive lightweighting markets.
